Whilst working with the fire service we were called to a house fire, persons reported, which means that there's someone trapped in the house. Upon arrival the firefighters wearing BA ( breathing apparatus ) entered the burning house where the temperature was in excess of 1000 centigrade and which was totally smoke logged. One fireman rescued a small boy from the upstairs bedroom and can be seen carrying him out to receive oxygen therapy from the other firefighters because of his smoke inhalation. Due to the bravery of the firefighting crew the child made a full recovery.
