Firefighters and paramedic ambulance crews attend a road traffic accident where a van carrying passengers tried to cross a level crossing and was hit by a train. The firefighters are trying to extricate the passengers from the van which has been pushed over onto its side, whilst the paramedics attend to the casualties injuries.
